Description: The Small dam division of irrigation and Power Department is trying to tame the ferocious water of the torrents originating from the Suleman range in Pakistan. To control the devastation of lands and infrastructure, delay action dam are proposed in the Pachad area that is located in the Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajan Pur Districts. The objectives and design of these proposed delay action dams are discussed in this report.
